Pdf print comes out blank
31/07/2008 · I can read the document fine; however, when I try to print out the document, it comes out all black. I did a search on the forum, one post indicated that I need to uncheck the ‘print color as black’ box, but I do not have that box in my print option.

If it comes out blank, try cleaning the heads once. If that doesn’t help, it’s probably time for a new printer. If that doesn’t help, it’s probably time for a new printer. 18.

11/07/2009 · I am having the exact problems as kbrande1 — any drawing using custom print sizes come out blank — pdf or otherwise. One source of confusion is that the units on the Custom Drawing Size dialog is mm regardless of whether I am using english or metric. It turns out that I need to enter the drawing size in inches despite the mm label.
Now when we print PDF docs, they come out as blank pages. If you uninstall and reinstall the printer, it works, but only for a few days. We have installed the latest drivers for the printer and contacted Brother support who insist that it isnt a problem with the print device or the print driver.
Make sure you selected the correct paper size settings in your printing program and printer software. Run a print head nozzle check to see if any of the nozzles are clogged. Then clean the print head, if necessary. If a blank page exists in a document you are printing and you want to skip printing
